Please is it possible to edit or delete a customer while in production, i can't option for that in the sandbox

Testing bill payments shows that there's a success response, while there's another section of the API docs that says that bill payment returns a webhook. Is bill payment sync or async? Kindly clarify this.

In the buy data endpoint, the below are part of the body params, but there are no examples of what their values could be. I suggest the doc be updated with this. Thanks.

1. When we create virtual account for our customer, I discover the account name is is random, it is not the customer name. Is this the default behaviour or it changes when we are live or there is way around it.
   
   
2. After creating a virtual account it brings back "bank name": maplerad, but in pos and banks maplerad is not listed as a bank, what does this implies ?
