Question on account name of virtual account

When we create virtual account for our customer, I discover the account name is is random, it is not the customer name. Is this the default behaviour or it changes when we are live or there is way around it.
After creating a virtual account it brings back "bank name": maplerad, but in pos and banks maplerad is not listed as a bank, what does this implies ?
